      Pros

      I'm a former employee of CMC and it's a great place to work and it could be one of the best places in the State or even Country as far as equipment and perfect your craft! Staff had great knowledge. The county partnership with CC Public Schools is awesome!

      Cons

      The Boss doesn't know how to treat her staff or some of the customers that come into the building. Micromanagement is a serious issue and you are often talked down to.

      Good technical crew, very informative. Very nice facility.

      Cons

      Noticed poor treatment of employees by upper management. This created a very awkward and unwelcoming atmosphere.

      local, community access TV and education

      Cons

      micromanagement- Bullying - Verbal abuse- low pay- no time off- Non flexible work environment- expected to be on call 24 hours a day without pay. I would receive calls all times of the day or night. Had to go the the CEO's house to do personal computer work.
