Pros

They throw you into the deep end so you get to learn a lot fast. I have gained valuable experience and had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients. Flexible schedule. They base the pay on your years of experience not just your degree. Good opportunity for a bachelors level employee to gain experience. Excellent benefits and time off (although taking time off is often too stressful to actually use)

Cons

The company really wants to help people but they need to have better leadership in place if they want to be successful. The expectations are very high and employees are often pushed so hard they quit. The turn over is the worst I have ever seen and not just in one department. The company puts too much emphasis on degrees and doesn't allow opportunities for hard working employees to advance with in the company. The senior leadership will make decisions with out the input of employees that drastically change their positions. Work life balance is terrible. They don't allow overtime but the amount of work far exceeds what a person can complete in a 40 hour week. The company will stack your caseload as high as possible and focuses more on the money then the health of their employees. This is not a position you can make into a career unless you want to live a very stressful life! Good experience for some one fresh out of school but don't expect to have a life outside of work.
