They hire young but talented engineers (MIT) and combine them with industry experienced managers/shop. Creates a fun culture and unique thinking.
Their Agile approach has shown really good results and seems to get better with each subsequent experience using it.
Have good customers and are able to build complex systems.
Cons
A lot of ups and downs as you'd expect with a young company in a difficult industry. Had some bad hires.
management very chaotic, lots of infighting, dishonesty. Machines chronically late, heaping stress on the people to have to make them run. Management makes bad decisions and blames the people responsible for executing them.
