No micromanaging from store managers because they are too busy being gaslit by upper management.

Cons

- Not allowed to accept tips - Paid on a weekly basis - Did not fire co-worker accused of sexual harassment; moved him to another store instead a la catholic church style. -Really weird us vs them mentality from upper management against employees and store managers.
