      Pros

      I came from spending most of my career at large national companies where everyday you were trying to reach the ever changing goals of corporate or jumping through hoops to get a client serviced properly. Coming to Complete has been a breath of fresh air! The company's growth has made it a very fun and engaging place to be and I encourage anyone who has always worked for large companies to save their sanity and come to Complete!

      Cons

      When I was interviewing I saw reviews that said the benefits weren't very good but I'm guessing that is dated as my benefits costs me less here than my previous employer, who was much larger.

      The employees are good co-workers. The CEO is a great person.

      You're willing to work OT due to workload but they question it.
