      The people were mostly friendly

      Cons

      They recently made the entire development team in Reading redundant. I suspect they will downsize the Reading office further. They boast about their company values but then ignored them by making us redundant, and then TUPE'ing us to Tech Mahindra.

      Pros

      Some good people to work with. Some people work hard.

      Cons

      Upper management is not applying the "values" it constantly promotes. Management U-turns on strategy/budget and does not convince that days ahead will be better. Cost-cutting measures are weakening the company's productivity. Some people work harder than others. Managers don't always treat employees the same.
