Terrible interview practices. Slow. Takes weeks if not a good 30+ days to be hired. Hourly and Salaried employees are expected to work long hours and overtime without pay. If an employee has to work overtime beyond what is approved, they are told not to report it and are not paid for their time. Everyone on staff knows it. The owner and upper management play favorites. Managers at all levels stab each other and their team employees in the back for their own recognition and gain. No or very little communication from managers. Zero interest in training longer term employees for advancement. Owner tries to micromanage all processes but is completely out of touch with daily operations on all levels.
