Pros
Many work get-togethers for the Mount Pearl office despite being a fairly small community. Growlers hockey games, summer gatherings and restaurant lunches were a frequent occurrence. Also raffle draws leading up to Christmas and free turkeys for all!
Cons
Starting wage for full-timers is the same as or not much higher than those for co-op/university level positions (though raises can and do happen!). Teams within the company are sometimes disconnected from each other, working on three or four projects without communication between the teams.
