Management was random at best and unorganized, no communication. Not one thought or care went to the employee, and they viewed their contracted employees as beneath them. They did not communicate the truth from the interview to the day they lost their government contract, to their employees or our federal counterparts, did I mention no communication?
Owner would compliment employees to their face and then talk poorly about them to other employees. Made for a very stressful, divisive environment. Paid women with similar backgrounds and experience significantly less than men for the same job (sometimes $10/hr difference). Signed employees up for term life insurance and a few health benefits, which we didn't know about until after the contract ended. in 1.5 years, 8 people either quit or were fired.
