Pros

I worked on the Verizon project for over 3 months, and it was a disgraceful experience from start to finish. Let’s start with the so-called “pros”: they hire people in waves of 20-40 every couple of months, constantly posting “Client Advisor - English” on job sites. You’d think they’re expanding, but it’s all a trap to cycle people in and out. They start you with promises of training, but after two months, you’re thrown into real calls, dealing with endless issues and absurd expectations. Their metric system is designed to set you up for failure – even a 4/5 rating from a client is seen as a “detractor.” The “coaching” sessions are a joke, where all they do is nitpick minor issues, ignoring any actual work you’ve done well. Team leaders act like they’re just waiting to see you fail so they can tear you apart.

Cons

As for the “cons,” the list is endless. People quit every week, usually 3-5 out of each wave, and by the end of 3 months, out of 120 hires, barely 20-30 remain. And even those are constantly pressured to quit, so CGS can dodge paying them a final paycheck. The company has a disgusting support system – zero help from management, and you’re not even allowed to put a client on hold for over a minute, which is impossible. At the end, they’ll suggest you quit so they can avoid paying you. Team leaders and managers lie constantly, and they deserve to be sued for the way they treat employees. They’re parasites, only out to use and discard people. Nothing but revolting, lying worms that deserve every lawsuit coming their way.
