Pros
The staff are friendly and look to help each other. There are good incentives for overachieving or becoming top biller. Good database and ability to reach the active markets. An excellent company to start your recruitment career.
Cons
The drive to hit KPI's despite billing figures can detract from the way you run your business. Gaining access to further training can be difficult at times.

Can be a bit archaic in the operations. Part of a larger group therefor processes can sometimes not be thought out well
