Pros

Lots of opportunities for progression, training and certification, encouragement to drive new or innovative products and projects regardless of role, friendly and down-to-earth management, yearly pay review which has been increased every year without fail, company annual bonuses, amazing Christmas parties!

Cons

Some people find 20 days holiday for the first 3 years isn't enough (though you also get bank holidays), sometimes there is a focus on impressing clients over the working conditions of staff

Pros

1 Exposed to a lot of technologies - If you are new into I.T or have been just been focus in one area CSC will expose you and give you experience in all types of technologies (Nutanix, Hyper V, Office 365, Cisco Meraki, Exchange 2016, Active Directory, Avaya and 3cx phone systems, MPLS Networks, Watchguard Firewalls) which they deploy for their clients. 2. Fantastic Training opportunities if you have the right mind set , whilst I was at CSC I managed to complete CompTIA A+ , CompTIA N+ , MCSA : Office 365 and MCSE. 3. Nice People - Everyone at CSC are really nice, Managers and Directors are very approachable and actually care about you. 4. Overtime Pay ( x 1.5 and x2) - If overtime is on offer there it is paid at 1.5 or 2 times equivalent hourly rate depending on when the overtime is happening 5. Perks - 50% off Bannatyne’s gym membership, Private Health care (after 1 years service) and some other benefits as well.

Cons

There are a few cons with any work place. It is busy place to work (within Support Department) so if you don't like being busy all of the time that can be con. There is also a bit of blame culture with how non conformance with ISO polices are handled but even if you are at fault for something if you admit it at the time of it happening, managers are normally very supported. (When I was leaving I did see a slight change in this process so this may not be the case now)
