A Disheartening Experience: A Review of an Unhealthy and Unprofessional Work Environment Review: I recently had the unfortunate experience of working for a company that embodies everything an employee dreads - an unhealthy environment, terrible management, and a lack of knowledge. It became evident that their sole purpose was to exploit their employees for their own profit, without any regard for their well-being. From the very beginning, the company's false promises and manipulative tactics were evident. They initially approached me with a seemingly enticing offer, only to change the terms and conditions as soon as I joined. This lack of professionalism and disregard for employees' personal and professional lives was truly disheartening. One of the most distressing aspects was the complete lack of respect shown towards employees. Instead of fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, the company treated its employees as mere slaves, using them to fulfill their own agenda. Even approved leaves were not respected, as they had no qualms about calling and forcing employees to work, disregarding any work-life balance. Furthermore, the company's aversion to employees gaining professional knowledge was alarming. Engaging in activities such as reading articles or watching videos to enhance one's skills were met with anger and reprimand. It was clear that they preferred to keep their employees in the dark, preventing any professional growth or development. To add to the frustration, all positive comments or feedback about the company were clearly paid and lacking authenticity. It became evident that the company would go to any lengths to maintain a facade of content employees, despite the grim reality that unfolded behind closed doors. I urge anyone who values their career and well-being to steer clear of such a company. The toxic and oppressive work environment, combined with a lack of respect, professionalism, and growth opportunities, make it a place where dreams go to die. Choose wisely and avoid companies that prioritize profit over the welfare of their employees.

Salary doesn't come on time.If you are asking about the salary to Hr .Then she will try to convience the employee Now They can take only daily expenditure not full sallary.I Have face this situation on several time during my short span of work(4 Months).During the employement of 4 months Salary are the mazor issue in this company.1 month Salary will always hold.If you leave the company they will not provide salry of current month.
