      Messy, noisy shop but good improving management.

      Pros

      Management is laid back and always friendly towards laborers. Very open to employees suggestions and gives credit when due. Good incentive programs for overtime when needed. There has been some recent investments made back into the company.

      Cons

      Weld shop is very dirty, and disorganized. Heat treating is very noisy, Pipes dropping and banging into each other, and no sound barrier to separated it from the rest of the shop. Machines are getting wore out and long overdue for maintenance. Engineering and scheduling could be improved.

      Good product: abrasion resistant pipe

      Cons

      This company hired me to manage their international sales, after two years of hard work, just disconnected my e-mail, and ignored my communications. This was their way of terminating my employment.
