      There are no pros to this small company. Do yourself a favor and avoid by all means. One star company

      EVERYTHING about this company. This has to be the WORST company I have ever worked for and as you can see, that others have worked for. BEWARE if you are going to accept a position with this company. If you do, please be sure to come back when you quit and say I am correct. I will just say it now to get it out of the way. I TOLD YOU SO! The director uses fear, retaliation and disrespect as his main way to manage his team. The way you treat your staff is appalling and verging on illegal. Start valuing your staff and treating them like human beings instead of commodities to be cast aside when it suits you.

      Met awesome coworkers here. Close to home PTO

      Management (specifically in the DEV department) is a joke Micromanaging Discrimination Sexism Employees are not appreciated Employees are not valued Employees are disrespected Company is going through changes, Michael is no longer the CEO. New CEO came in and took over

      The absolute worst places I've ever worked.

      Pros

      Made some good friends there, fun to reminisce about how terrible an experience it was. I would rate it a 0 if that was an option. This place was the victim of a hostile takeover, the only good people that ever worked there have been shoved out the door.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, erratic direction, Immoral and hostile executives. Dishonesty from virtually everyone in management especially the toxic COO. Demoralized coworkers will drag you down, if any of them stick around for more than a few months, this place is a revolving door. If you are looking for a job and are contacted by this company run far far away. You will be underpaid, over worked and constantly berated and lied too, you will be managed remotely by guys in India and stateside that will lie non stop, point fingers and then throw you under the bus.
