Pros

Nice colleagues. Great potential if more investment was made in the business and the people. Good global footprint (but it isn’t exploited effectively).

Cons

Short term cash is the primary concern, with limited desire to invest in the business for longer term benefits. There’s a constant squeeze on operating costs, which means every £ to invest is a battle to win, and ultimately enough isn’t spent. Pretty grimy work place.

Sandwich van was good and the new toilets are nice.

Cons

Poor management no direction from any of the management from the top to the bottom! How the place is still running in this day an age like working back in the 80s out dated factory bit like the management and staff handling. Would afford at all costs.

Cons

Old fashioned working condition and hours, no flexibility. They make promises in interviews they don't keep. Once you are an employee the salary rises are tiny. Most of company is stuck in the past.
