Notice period of 3 months is not at all justifyable. 7 days are enough for me to transfer my knowledge. 10. Exit process is really pathetic. On last working day they will tell you what KT is pending from u r side and when u resign, suddenly manager and team leads starts behaving rudely with you. 11. Because of my team lead, 3 people resigned but still no action against him just because he is old employee of company

Compulsory 3 year bond signed on a stamp paper which is not justified Bullying work culture, do not release their junior employees easily and tremendous work pressure on site and off site.
