Pros

Without a doubt the best part of working for Configure One was that you were not just a treated as a number, the company truly had a family atmosphere and the owners went above and beyond to make it a fantastic place to work. Everyone at Configure One was willing to go the extra mile when things got difficult, regardless of someone's role, skill set, or position within the company everyone was willing to lend a hand.

Cons

Due to the smaller team sizes, and general size of the organisation there wasn't alot of room for advancement.

Great people. Great technology. I love working here. We were full remote during the pandemic but it's unclear if that will change into the future.

Cons

Weak onboarding requires a serious drive to learn the systems.

I love the people at Configure One, everyone is willing to give you time and help with problem solving. Work from home, interesting projects, a good mix of Project Management and technical work.

Cons

Company was sold in Spring 2021 and the transition is confusing to both employees and customers.
