Fired as a graduate after 1 month since joining Comlany does not support your development, or care about it infact Terrible experience.

Offensive and a bully

Pros

Product and service, clients really like what it does and how it improves their work

Cons

The VP runs the office with fear, shouts at everyone and tells them everyone they are getting sacked. I recently overheard the him using the N word and laughing in the office which I find offensive and totally unacceptable. I'm writing this on here as the company has does nothing to protect its staff and then complains when they all leave

Pros

Good opportunities if you were in on the ground floor a few years ago.

Cons

It's absolute mayhem and staff turnover is alarming. Lots of smoke and mirrors used and necessary to get through the sales process, and then disasterous implementations usually lead to unhappy clients. The positive reviews on the force.com website are largely ficticious and fraudulentl; you try finding any of those people , each with really obscure names, on linkedin or google. The marketing team found a way of using salesforce accounts to post a whol load of positive reviews to boost ratings. You can spot them a mile off due to a) the bizarre made up names, and b) the hollow remarks such as "wow, it's just such a great system". The same goes for this website whereby the management have spotted a worrying trend in employee reviews and have recently posted some glowing reviews of their own.
