Pros

The team at Connectbase are fantastic. Everyone is willing to help, with anything, and we are all on the same field. It feels like a football team, with each employee taking up position on the field to go out and win, and make the fans (customers) happy... that is the overall goal - happy customers.

Pay, benefits. Unlimited PTO. Remote work .

Cons

Everything. Company SaaS architecture is very ineffective and inefficient. Implementation times are long. CEO is a poor depiction of a leader. They acquired a company in December 2023, then lay off dozens right after the new year. Calculated and cruel.
