      Pros

      Opportunity to learn new technologies and business acumen of a non-profit.

      Cons

      Very political and cliquey. There's clearly an "insiders" group and an "outsiders" group. This effects performance by not allowing all employees to reach their full potential. The same employees do all the high-profile work.

      Pros

      There are lots of nice people, an interesting variety of projects and tasks, and an uplifting mission. They try to treat people fairly and they're pretty loyal to their employees.

      Cons

      Not as intensely productive and creative as some might like. Real high flyers might feel a bit under-challenged.
