Pros
Everything I have been promised around career progression happened. I have been supported throughout my time at Connells. I currently manage a team of 12 staff. And I find as a business we work really closely with our sales team members to achieve business KPI's. And help all different kinds of customers which allows the role to be refreshing. Commissions & bonuses are good. Support from the sale director is good.
Cons
Like any corporate company there will always be a flavour of the month. You are either up or your down, no in the middle. Solicitors can be frustrating.

Pros
Career progression ladder is transparent with clear goals - supportive network around you
Cons
Recently reduced the induction training course, previous length would have been better - however I have supportive Managers including Philip Watson and Mary Keegan who have both worked closely with myself and other new starters to give us confidence when seeing clients :D
