Pros
Having joined Consleague and worked here for a number of months it is clear to me that the executive team and senior leaders have a passion for the organisation that I have not seen in other environments. This coupled with a sense of family and belonging has given me great hope for the future of the organisation. It is obvious that cynics will suggest that as the COO it is my responsibility to advocate for the company, however, it is fairer to suggest that my review is honest and transparent. So, the pro's - genuine passion for people and growth - opportunities to grow and learn in many different disciplines supported by experts with many years of experience - availability of time to focus on innovation and learning - exposure to clients in many different market places - fair pay and promotions based on effort, attainment and pereverance
Cons
It is fair to say that Consleague is not for everyone, nor is any organisation. In context, we expect commitment, focus and determination from our people and in return we offer exceptional rates of pay and career progression. As such, the types of people that will love Consleague have a passion for achievment both in terms of the work that is delivered and their own career paths. Additionally, it is important to note that Consleague is a fast paced organisation that is constantly seeking to mature, grow and evolve. This may not be to everyones desires, however, those that can adapt and seek perfection will love the experience of working here.
