Pros

I loved my years at Consid. I was young and enjoyed the parties and events and the unbelievable offices they have. + Great colleagues, fun events (if you like alcohol), calm work environment with normal and doable goals. + Some great leaders (but some bad).

Cons

I quit because I got the information about that the men in my team had bonus and us girls did not, and that it was a secret. Like seriously?

Funky values and wannabe influencer CEO.

Pros

Overall nice people. Higher paycheck than other companys. Ordinary Swedish benefits. Large sales division.

Cons

Values are dreadful. it's like a 90's company trying to make it in a 2020 society. CEO is no good. No competence development (you are demanded to do your competence development in your spare time). No transparency what so ever. Most problems get swept under the carpet. You go to work - do your job - maybe drink a lot of alcohol in the bar at the office - then go home. Not developer centric.

Pros

- Met a lot of really nice people working here

Cons

- Inappropriate management As soon as you dont have an ongoing assigment upper management basically wants to fire you. All in all a very unprofessional environment full of threats and harsh attitudes. I know of a lot of people working as developers, HR, sales and upper management that has been threatened by the founders and their lawyers. - Horrible work-/life balance The consultant managers gets a measly 3000 SEK a month to be the managers of the consultants. However, they must still work 100 % in their own assigments? When are you supposed to have the time to actually work with the staff?! This is especially problematic since one of the founders has a competition each month on which office has the lowest amount of logged internal hours. So the consultant managers are basically forced to work in their spare time. Oh wait you can perhaps get a free lunch if you scheduele all your meetings over your lunch break. -Career opportunities Aside from working very hard to become a consultant manager, there are very few career opportunities. If you are to be made a manger of sales, manager of recruitment or something else, there is a very very small pay increase and if you don't like it - find a different job.
