      Micromanagement, toxic organisation and serious issues with racism

      Pros

      None. Wouldn’t even give it a 1 star if I could.

      Cons

      High stress and long hours. Biased - nepotism is heavily practised. Inept management. Harmful culture of bullying. If you are POC in the U.K please think twice before working here. I haven't seen this level of racism and discrimination in my entire career. Higher management including the Directors are prone to making discriminatory jokes/comments and use coded words. All of this is tolerated and clearly encouraged by leadership. Too much focus on trying to protect their own reputation for PR purposes.

      Broken management and processes

      Pros

      Benefits, laid back culture, freedom to work on your own initiative with no micro management. Lots of other quirky perks with chance for international travel depending on your department.

      Cons

      No chance for development unless you know management well and are based in the US. Processes do not make sense and logic is not commonplace for the most basic of processes. Most senior management from the US give you a 'my way or the highway' approach or just dismiss your opinions with political answers. Lots of internal strife.

      Flexibility is the best reason to work here.

      Cons

      Poor recruitment practices that reveal a strong racial and country bias that it so obvious, even to me.
