Well stocked pantry Get to come in 1 hr after stipulated work time.

First 2 reviews summed it up pretty well. Everything from the sexism to the brown nosing is on point.

Pros

- You get to learn ALOT being in here, there are opportunities for you to get out of your comfort zone. Many times, you get to learn things out of your department which really widens your understanding and skill set. - Expectations are definitely demanding, however you get to truly see your potential and how far you can go with such push. You'll probably learn more staying here for 1 year than being in MNCs for 2-3 years. - For an agency this size, the Project Management team has a considerably strong foundation and high standards in place. Strong team members too, who you can learn a lot from and never stingy to share their knowledge! - Amazing Content team, one of the most hardworking writers I've ever had the pleasure to work with. - Super hard working and on the ball Creative and Development team. They will go out of their way to support the PMs even after working hours! - Flexibility, you can choose to Work From Home one day every month. Pretty rare for any company to offer such privilege. - Vietnam office has amazing team dynamics, they brighten up your day easily! - Understanding HR and Management. Time off can be requested if you're going through a difficult personal period which I was personally very grateful of. - Boss is a rather fun & cool person, unlike other uptight bosses which you have to speak formally and mind your words around even after work hours. - Benefits in this company is pretty decent, for example; Insurance, Claims and etc. - Nice balcony, for smokers like myself and also if you may want to take a breather in between work or after work. - There are some really talented peeps in the company (past and present), whom I had the pleasure to work with when I was there. Eye opener to have met such inspiring people indeed. - Bonuses are given out and promised by the Boss when certain targets are met, which is relatively rare for Digital Agencies. - Strong clientele

Cons

As stated by some of the previous reviews (though some could do with more tact), there is favouritism in one form or the other. I was in the company from Jan 2017 to Dec 2017. The high turn over rate in 2017 may also be rather concerning, as seeing one after another of your colleagues leaving isnt an overall good sight to witness. However, this may just be a transitioning period for the company. - This is not a place where you head off for beer at 6pm as work load may be demanding (esp the PM team), some people might like it some may not and get burnt out fast. - Not a place if you're looking to collect or win awards. - Might not be a conducive environment for Creatives who are looking to create ground breaking visuals or to realise their out of the box ideas. - As with any majority of environments with humans involved, there are bound to have murmurs and gossips and what not. Sometimes this toxic behaviour is disguised in a sheep's clothing or got away with it due to favouritism. - I personally came across certain accusations of me that I was the one who wrote one of those negative reviews. Such gossipy, framing behaviour is one of the reasons why I left. - With the change in management and leadership due to some departures throughout 2017, there are gaps to fill to strike back a balance into the company. - As one of the founder is out of the equation, the remaining Founder's personality plays a huge part and influence in the company for better or worse. - Lack of transparency. Practice what you preach. There is a huge difference in information that is being shared (excluding management), some people are entitled to more information if they have easier reach to the Boss. While others might not know whats going on.

Pros

The company has managed to gather some good people whose enthusiasm is the driving force behind its success. The environment is friendly, and the work-life balance is pretty good. Team dynamics are not bad, especially those in Vietnam office are second to none.

Cons

As some of the reviews here have also pointed out (albeit a bit too bluntly), the company and its management were / have been suffering from its rapid growth. Bad decisions were made, bad hires could have been avoided, transparency could be better, and favoritism actually exists in one form or another. Another serious problem with the company is the lack of skills from senior management level – there are rooms to improve in time management, communication, tooling, leadership, inspiration, methodology/workflow understanding and commitment, to name a few. These are vital if the company is to grow bigger than what it currently is.
