      Pros

      Contify is a very well organised company, I have been within the European Team since October 2020 and have thoroughly enjoyed virtually working with my colleagues in India. Contify are adaptable and encourage a work-life balance, there are great opportunities to work with and learn from more experienced colleagues.

      Cons

      Contify is a rapidly growing company and whilst most of my colleagues are based in India, I would love to see Contify expand more into Europe.

      Toxic Environment with Micromanagement: A Disheartening Experience at Contify

      No Pros -- The CEO's obsession with being kept in the loop on even the most trivial matters adds unnecessary stress to an already demanding workload. This results in a culture of fear, where employees feel compelled to constantly report and document every minute detail, taking time away from actual meaningful work. It's disheartening to see talented individuals reduced to administrative tasks and constant reporting, rather than being able to focus on their expertise and contributing to the growth of the company.

      Nightmarish micromanagement: The CEO at Contify has an overwhelming desire to control every detail, leaving employees feeling suffocated and devoid of autonomy. Toxic work environment: Fear and anxiety permeate the company, with employees constantly on edge and afraid of making mistakes or deviating from the CEO's preferences. Lack of appreciation: Recognition and rewards are scarce, contributing to low morale and a sense of favouritism within the company. Stifled creativity and innovation: The CEO's micromanagement hinders the ability for employees to think outside the box and stifles their creativity, leading to a stagnant work environment. High turnover rate: The oppressive atmosphere and lack of trust drive away talented individuals seeking a supportive and empowering work environment.
