      It is ALOT of very hard work!

      Pros

      I loved the people I worked directly with, both my peers and the members. The job itself is what I love to do.

      Cons

      Long hours, low pay. Put thousands of miles on my vehicle in the last year. Drowned in paperwork. Had 5 supervisor s in past two years. 3 out of 5 were great. The last one was especially not.

      Pros

      Employees that work together everyday within there departments are great. The care managers and RN's that care for the members do an excellent job.

      Cons

      Like I said ContinuUs needs professional help. Some departments very unorganized, do to employee turnover.

      Great co-workers. Worthwhile, fulfilling work helping those most vulnerable.

      Cons

      Heavily affected by politics and budget cuts from the state. Instability of the program made it a very stressful work environment.
