      -Friendly company-wide culture -Very little red tape or bureaucracy -Supportive management -Good WLB. No crunch time, on call, tough deadlines

      -Lots of time spent supporting legacy codebase and manual processes -Poor communication of long-term product vision

      Pros

      Culture is great. I enjoy the people that I work closely with. We go out for lunch often which is great for connecting with your peers. We have fun events throughout the year. I also enjoy the Friday meetings. Amazing benefits.

      Not many areas to grow within the company. Can get repetitive in certain departments.

      Pros

      Nice people? Oh wait. Just nice to your face. Will backstab you at earliest opportunity. Friday meetings attempt at creating company culture are entertaining albeit a time suck. Listening to leadership make yet another inside joke that only a few people get is agonizing.

      Cons

      Suggest to find alternative employment if you aren’t already looking. Revenue expectations and business model are broken. Leadership is completely oblivious to difficulties of building industry software and selling product. Zero growth opportunity. Sellers put on PIPs for not having enough sales, when reality is that the product isn’t priced competitively to market. Smart developers managed out for not aligning to whimsical yet unrealistic goals of the “brains behind the vision.”
