      Pros

      8 hour day shift, weekends off with occasional overtime.

      Cons

      Underpaid, hateful co-workers who border on the side of bullies. No training. No safety standards. The place is nasty in itself. No room for advancement and extreme temperatures due to tempering ovens.

      Local job. Low expectations. Second chacne employer.

      Cons

      Not sure about the “Good pay, great team” cause I never saw it. Bad pay. We worked our full shifts, came in on weekends. The front office people arrive at 9 AM and were gone by 4:30. Never worked a weekend. No support. Equipment is old — breaks down a LOT. Management blames people.
