Fast-paced organisation, several interesting challenges, talented people across sites and divisions.
Cons
Think very carefully about what you are looking for from an employer. It purports to be a values driven business but this fails from the very top. Senior management spend their time placating the leadership with reports and KPIs. Much of which do not relate to operating a connected, harmonious organisation. Accountability is decentralised, but not the autonomy to make decisions - leading to constant frustration particularly amongst those who want to make a positive difference. A highly political organisation where job security is uncertain.
