      Pros

      Nice atmosphere, everyone is very relaxed. Good incentive structure to boost basic income. On the job learning is also useful I thought.

      Cons

      There is not much chance to progress within the firm as the company is fairly small. This also limits the options for training.

      Pros

      Hands on work. Always in the shop managing jobs and projects I have planned. Great education and knowledge of products and their use in the field. Great relationships with vendors and suppliers.

      Cons

      Vacation days are slim, no paid sick days.
