      Management and staff members are personable and approachable, for the most part. On the surface they appear to care. Decent facilities.

      Cons

      Management cannot seem to remember conversations had with staff, which inevitably means negative consequences for the staff member if management is suddenly under the spotlight. Deflect onto more junior staff seems to be the standard practice. Not taking of ownership for their own actions.
