Most top management doesn't lead by examples.
Always try to save/cut costs at the expenses of normal employees but top management doesn't take lead for that.
Too many "thinkers" (or maybe they think they are) and too little "doers" in the regional team. If you are joining the team as a manager, don't be mistaken by that "manager" title as that is basically a rank-and-file employee with little to no say in decision making.
