      It’s in the east bay so less traffic to deal with

      Cons

      Pay is below par and HR likes to play games with pay increase requests Promotions are not given on merit but more about who you know and who you golf with Senior Leadership cannot make a decision, they wait and wait until the decision is made for them or it becomes a fire drill
