Pros
Good people and generally employee friendly attitude. Variety of clients keep engineering challenges new, exciting, and challenging. You get to design, build, and test robotic systems. Small team means everyone is heard contribute to the improvement of the rover and custom payloads.
Cons
Company struggles to attract profitable clients resulting in capped mid level salaries. People are spread thin, often filling multiple roles that are not well defined or compensated. Issues caused by the transition from start-up to small company can be frustrating.
