There are genuinely no perks.

Cons

This is the most toxic workplace I’ve ever witnessed. Management is unprofessional beyond measure. Zero diversity. Truly astounding they’re still in business based the level of immaturity and disorganization from the CEO and President. Leadership micromanages and insists signing off on every strategy, but they lack time management skills and are unavailable to make decisions to move the business forward. They do not separate work and religion. Avoid this place at all costs if you want a professional, respectful workplace. The culture they’ve created is a joke. I’ve seen sororities with better management.

Great friends with those you work with and those you don’t, culture is excellent but misery loves company

Cons

Really tough to navigate the brothers favoritism and harsh opinions. Don’t be emotional and make work your life and you’ll fit in great. If they love you then you will become irreplaceable
