Decent pay but that’s about it.

Cons

Very hostile work environment, senior management is very derogatory towards employees but will gossip with their favorites. Very little emphasis on training and a rather unhealthy and dangerous work environment due to the uncleanliness of the plant floor. The senior management team is also very openly disrespectful and will aggressively target employees that they don’t like with performance improvement plans.

Benefits are great and start Day 1. Coworkers are very welcoming. You get bonuses and other incentives for just showing up to work and doing your job

Cons

This place is weird and very drama filled. Management gossips with coworkers, it’s like middle school. Not a very professional environment. They overwork you, overtime is mandatory and very last minute. The pay is ok
