Chill environment most of the time Free popcorn Flexible schedule Short shifts, if you're into that (4-5 hrs) Keep your cash tips
Cons
Low pay for the amount of responsibilities No full-time No where to move up No spare coverage (god forbid you get sick or have an emergency) No benefits Crazy busy during Christmas season with little to no back up If you work the closing shift, you *will* be by yourself. Have to split credit card tips with everyone, even if its a big one and the customer said "I'm only tipping because of you."
