Management takes over everything, only when they realize (magically by themselves.. sure) Then things get done.

The company tends to hire people that have no previous working experience as long as the person has the desire to learn a lot. - This is a nice place to start in the Job Industry since you will learn a lot information and gain very good experience. The company also helps you get good certifications, which is excellent (Example: Cisco, Palo Alto, etc). - If you're in IT and you like to work on projects that require doing implementation of products on a Industry scale, this is a good place to work. - Most of the employees are friendly to one another and some treat you as family. - The Dept. of Security has been one of the best I have work with. They have excellent teamwork and they help each other a lot.
Cons
- Salary Cap: While you do get some Raises however, sometimes it doesn't justify the amount of work that you do. If you're someone who desires better income, then you'll should either speak up with your supervisor about it or, eventually have to move to another job that is willing to pay you the type of income you're looking for. - Management: As of now, the company is understaffed and they're trying to do many projects at the same time. If this continues, it could backfire and potentially harm the Company's Prestige. - Work: Since this job is fast paced, sometimes it can be overwhelming if you don't keep up with its rhythm. There has been cases , while very few, that you have to study on your home after work hours to catch up.
