Great team lunches, at least?

Pros

Good networking opportunities, innovative and exciting projects, and some fun perks like team lunches, company museum day, and random fun days office-wide.

Cons

Lack of support from principals. They seem to operate on their own odd, otherworldly playing field where literally no one else matters...and no one questions the morality of this either, which is terrifying. Management and senior level employees are usually too busy trying to please the principals to actually listen to their team members and other "less-thans" who actually keep these projects running, often late into the night and weekends I should add. Business department in particular always seemed short staffed and in need of extra hands. Cortina does some incredible work, but at the cost of the health and wellbeing of most of its lower-rung employees.
