Nice colleagues and free food

Cons

Terrible work life balance, low salary unless you’re a nepotism hire. Awful leadership and bizarre strategy/sponsorship decisions, did not seem like management knew what they were doing at all. CEO seemed to be more interested in hanging out with influencers than actually running a company.
