    I worked at Countrywide plc full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Gave a chance to work in block management with no experience.

    Cons

    No support or training when a new member of staff. The atmosphere was unsupportive and management unwilling to make the necessary changes.

    Need to value and train staff.
