Great atmosphere, friendly colleagues and exciting products. The framework is in place for you contribute to the development of the company.

Cons

There is a huge development resource which is under-utilized. Projects usually overrun and do not really fit the Agile framework.

NONE. With the exception of a few lone fabulous individuals this organization is unprofessional, highly political back stabbing, poorly managed, nightmare.

Cons

Executive management is completely out of touch, operate separately of employees. Lay off's and firing's every month. Constant changing of plans, teams and priorities, no actual planning or communication. Everything is about making this month's numbers; and it does not matter how they are achieved. No career development or real opportunity.
