Pros
Good people to work with, professional, respectful and helpful as much as they can be. Fun product line to work with.
Cons
Very little direction from management. Managers spend all day in meetings and on calls without communicating company goals downward. Everyone is trying to protect their own job, so a lot of busy work and waste of time BS for lower staff, while managers are trying to prove their value. No raises and very little room for growth.
