Pros

Pro's? An interesting concept when thinking about working at Coveris. Factory management staff and the warehouse lot are a really good bunch, always very helpful and generally just 'nice'!

Cons

Appalling place to work. No trust in staff, everyone is marked and there are people being pushed out of the business weekly. Long working hours for minimal pay. I wouldn't recommend this employer to anyone. You will not be cared about at Coveris, you are a number and you're completely disposable. A culture of fear around them based in the offices.

Pros

25 days annual leave per annum Some of the people/staff are really nice and great to work with Part of the Sun Capital group (American) so really big company (if you can call it a pro)

Cons

So poorly run by a bunch of 'yes men', with too many chiefs and far too few staff who actually get the work done Training and development agreements are not honoured No such thing as accountability (if you're in the 'in crowd', especially management), no honesty and integrity. Sadly just a bunch of arrogant senior management who don't even speak to or acknowledge the 'little people' who actually get the work done

Senior management really have little idea how to turn the UK business round. Square pegs and round holes comes to mind.
