      Old School Manufacturing mindset

      Pros

      Local family owned for 50 years. Good people and employees. Benefits are pretty good. Faith based company.

      Cons

      No commissions for sales people. PTO plan is weak and you need to schedule a day off 2 weeks in advance or it counts against your attendance record. Leadership does not have an open mindset when it comes to trying new things.
