Pros

They pay on time and offer free tea and coffee.

Cons

Apparently managed by headless (or partially headless) chickens. One day, they employ as many people as they can and inform us to built "as fast as possible", the next, they roll out redundancies because they have too much stock or we are left with no work to do on an 8 hr shift. Good job if you enjoy chatting or doodling to pass time in the evenings.

Very autocratic management. Prepare to be a 'yes man' . Not approachable and often rude No freedom to make decisions Project progress very slow Toxic blame-game culture

Pros

Some highly competent members of staff came and gone in my tenure. Excellent product (when it works)

Cons

As others have indicated, the management are the problem with this company. The general staff are aware of the problem but powerless to fix the autocratic structure. There’s a constant fear of redundancy with no job security. Significant overtime is expected and not compensated for in a salaried position. The R&D manager is a bully and doesn’t know how to manage a team.
