      Pros

      Really treats staff well. Genuinely value welfare and work/life balance. Lots of perks like free food, socials and big parties, free rucksack, free massages etc.

      Not the highest pay as it's not London

      Pros

      Client promise is solid. Tactical business processes are tight. Several A+ co-workers to team with. Cool offices within walking distance of Southend/Dilworth destinations.

      Cons

      Short-term mentality does not align with long-term vision. Unless overcome, this tragic flaw will keep this firm from realizing its potential - and for all stakeholders.

      Perfect culture and great vision

      Pros

      Great opportunity for growth! The creative and development department have great flexibility and not governed by red tape. It is the perfect place for multidisciplinary creatives with backgrounds in both design and development. I've worked at agencies where you were given a PSD file and told to go to town on it. At Overground you have the opportunity to dive into all stages of a project and actually bring your practice area expertise to the table. Perks: Team activities, Team lunches, happy hour and management's commitment to helping you grow

      Cons

      For some folks change might be a con. The company is growing, things will change, but at least you have a voice to be heard.
