      Really treats staff well. Genuinely value welfare and work/life balance. Lots of perks like free food, socials and big parties, free rucksack, free massages etc.

      Poor leadership that is bullied by clients, no ability to dictate what is an emergency because everything is seen as an emergency. High turnover rate in employees
